LocallySF ("we") publishes a magazine and directory of San Francisco businesses at locallysf.com. This policy describes the information we collect and how we use it.
If you create an account we store your email, optional display name, username, avatar, and the content you post (stories, forum threads, saves). If you subscribe to the Dispatch we store your email. If you claim a business we store verification details you submit. Server logs may include IP address and user-agent for security.
We sell labeled sponsored placements directly to local businesses. We also may show third-party display ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. See Google's advertising policy. You can opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
California residents may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold, and may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context advertising. Email info@locallysf.com with the subject "California privacy request." We do not sell contact lists.
We use privacy-respecting analytics (including Vercel Analytics) to understand which pages are read. These tools are not used to identify you across unrelated websites.
